Free 10 Day Demand Service
The flagship service is our free "10 Day Demand Service". We send a 10 day demand letter to a debtor utilizing our letterhead on our clients' behalf. The debtor is instructed to remit payment to our client or face our involvement. If the debtor pays within the 10 day period there is no fee or charge whatsoever. All we ask in consideration is that if no payment is made the debtor is placed with us for collection on day 11. A can't-do-without service that allows you to use the power of 3rd party involvement without the cost!
Free Debtor Database Search
Another helpful service is our exclusive "Debtor Database Search" (DDS). Our clients can request via the Internet or Telephone an informal Current Credit Snapshot on a particular company. We will search our ever-expanding database of thousands and thousands of debtors to see if this debtor has ever been placed with us for collection. In addition, we will check our overall company database of millions of companies for inquiries or negative press. And again make a note this is free of charge.
